Let me say that I am very impressed with this book. The color is outstanding and I am looking forward to getting Vol #2.
Great book
Pictures for a calender, therefore showing mostly the object clearly in proper colours. But - from an artistic point of view - a little uninspired. Good for model railroaders showing the prototype.
Everything I expected and more! Had amazing photos of all steam and diesels working on the U.P. and plenty of detail about the engines to match!
Good reference book for UP and its colour variations. The text added some new points for me at least
