This is just a republication of the 2014 book (5 stars) with practically no new information. They have added an index and a little bit of info how to find more info. If you already have the previous edition don't bother with this one. For example, the listing of prostate cancer treatment by states has not been updated. In the fall of 2017 I received a 3t MRI in Charlotte, NC. NC is not even in their list. The publishers and whoever else was involved could have done everyone a great service by providing a list of 3t MRI locations and/or doctors using Color Doppler ultrasound. I emphasize, IF YOU DO NOT HAVE THE PREVIOUS EDITION THEN BY ALL MEANS GET THIS ONE. It seems that the books by Urologists will mention some of the newer stuff such as 3t MRI but do not go real into detail about the advantages of MRIs. Clearly there is bias toward biopsy, etc in their writing....By the way, Dr Cohen passed away in Dec 2015. He was not a urologist but just a MD trying to find the best way to deal with illness. I was hoping that Publishers had found another Dr and actually UPDATED the 2014 edition but they did not....
